Jacky Higgins had no idea he was going to start tonight when he arrived at Ronan Park. The never-ending drama - which IS the McKay Club 2012 season continued as the original starter pulled a no show - no call. Mr. Higgins the 19 year old college freshman from South Boston & BC High stood up and did the job. This was Jacky’s YBL debut and he pitched his butt off! Higgins was solid as he tossed 6 complete innings allowing only 4 hits and 1 run. He walked 4 and K'd 5 JM Force batters. Jacky got out of jams in the first and sixth innings in style. Jon Pelletier came on for a fun filled 7th inning to seal the deal. Jack Owens is a big game player.
