A great pitchers duel. Talal Saleh and Matt Borto battled into the 8th inning, both putting up goose eggs. After giving up 2 singles in the top of the 7th with 2 outs, Saleh gave way to Miles Whitlock who got the last out.

Borto began the last of the 8th by getting a ground ball out. Buddy Hanley then reached on an infield error. Mike Hudd hit into a fielder's choice for the second out and then Joe Pasciucco launched a double into the right center field gap that scored Hudd with the game winner.

This win gave the Maddogs their 20 victory making it 3 Seasons in a row with at least 20 wins.

Brookline wins their 6th in a row with great pitching and an amazing offensive output to continue their streak. Marty Whitmore started the game and did an unbelievable job controling a very potent offense, and kept the Sox at bay, while Shaun Farrar came in to close it out for the last 2+ innings.

The Dodgers exploded for 7 runs in the 3rd, and kept the pressure on all night long against a very good pitcher in Gills. Shatto, Ryan, and Ramsey led the Brookline offense with 2 hits a piece, and 5 other Dodgers had one hit each throughout the night. Shatto hit a HUGE triple in the 7th to put Brookline up by 3, and tremendous pitching by Farrar closed everything out in the bottom of the inning.

Smith and Paolucci each had 3 hits for the Sox, while 5 other Sox had one hit a piece as well.

THE BOMBERS ONCE AGAIN CAME FROM BEHIND TO BEAT THE BLACK SOX 4-2 IN EXTRAS AS BOMBER PITCHERS MIKE LUSH AND MIKE MISH WORKED OUT OF BASES LOADED JAMS DURING THE CONTEST TO GET THE W. EAST BOSTON USED THEIR SMALL BALL GAME TO TIE AND TAKE THE LEAD WITH 3 BUNTS TO MOVE THE RUNNERS AROUND AND THE YAWKEY LEAGUES LEADING RBI MAN MIKE NAVARRO CAME THROUGH WITH A SAC FLY IN THE EIGHTH. BLACK SOX PITCHER COLIN EASTMANN PITCHED A GUTTY GAME FOR THE SOX KEEPING THEM IN POSITION TO WIN, BUT MIKE MISH DID WHAT HE HAS DONE ALL YEAR FOR THE BOMBERS IN RELIEF, GET OUTS IN HIS THREE INNINGS OF WORK. PLAYOFF ATMOSPHERE AS THESE TWO COULD BE SEEING EACH OTHER AGAIN.

McKay Beacons scored 3 runs in the top of the 7th to tie Black Sox and plated the winning run in the 8th to complete an exciting encounter at Rogers Park on Monday night. Bill Gills & the Sox were in total control until Andy McCallister & John Rutkauskas singled with one out in the 7th. Jack Ownes reached on an error plating McCallister. Pete Fricker lofted a 2RBI - 2 out single to tie the score.

Dan Ciocca pitched well thru 6 and was relieved by Adam Kulis. Kulis won his 2nd game in relief. The winning run was plated by the hero of the night - young Rutkauskas. John scorched a singl sending Josh McDonnell home. Big John made a great stab at a line drive to save a double in the bottom of the 8th.

The Brewers come back to squeak one out against their Brighton counterpart at Rogers Park. Down 3 runs entering the bottom of the seventh, the Brewers plate 4 runs without recording an out to earn the victory.
Rookie Will Lawton was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to draw the first run of the inning across. He later walked home to end the game on a Vacanti base on balls. Mike Muccio went 3 for 4.
A great game turned in by the Black Sox's Griffith who kept the Brewers quiet for most of the evening.

Rockies score 6 runs in the 6th inning, with the help of 4 HBP to pull out the victory.

The Rockies took an early 3-0 lead but couldn't hold on as the Black Sox battled right back to score 3 of their own to tie it up. In the 6th inning, things fell apart for the Black Sox as the pitching got wild and helped the Rockies score 6 runs on 2 BB and 4 HBP, and giving up just 1 hit. The Rockies scored 2 more in the 7th.

The big blast of the day came on a bases loaded double off the bat of Chad Conner, DEEP to left field, in the 1st inning. If he wasn't injured, it would've easily been a grand slam. Neal Roper continues his hot hitting streak collecting 2 more hits.

Scott Jamieson outdueled Matt Borto as the Al Thomas Club slipped by the Black Sox 2-0.

Chris Bucci drove in Ricky Leclerc with the eventual game-winning run and Andy Hambleton scored on an error. Greg Lovely collected the other hit for the A's.

Jamieson scattered 5 hits in his second complete game in 2 starts, allowing 1 walk and fanning 11.
