Katsiroubas starts off the game with a triple to left and is driven home on a Carrera grounder.

Braves answer in the bottom half, Uberti singles and Smith draws a walk with 2 outs. McLaughlin then launches one into the trees for a 3-run homer.

ATBC adds another in the 3rd on a Hicks single and a DeGiacomo double.

Braves add 5 in the 4th and 2 more in the 6th, capped off by a McLaughlin triple to the softball backstop, to put the game away.

McLaughlin led the Braves offense going 2-4, R, 3B, HR and 4 RBI. Smith helped his own cause going 1-2, R, BB and 3 RBI.

Sherman goes the distance scattering 7 hits to pick up his second win.

Montiverdi getting the tough luck loss allowing 2 earned on 5 hits and striking out 4.

Braves start it off in the 1st with a Lindquist single, a Uberti single moving him to 3rd and a Smith Sac-Fly.

Sabers take the lead in the 3rd on a Pizarro single and Colucci single moving him to 3rd. Followed by a Chapman Sac-Fly and Quezada double.

Braves answer in the 4th on an absolute bomb to right by Uberti for a triple. McLaughlin doubles him in and then scores on an errant throw.

Sherman is able to retire the heart of the Sabers order (3-4-5) in the 7th to secure the victory.

Anderson returns to the mound and improves to 4-0 scattering 9 hits over 6 innings, allowing 2 earned runs and striking out 8. The Braves offense ruins another Beatrice save opportunity.

The Braves offense was led by Tracy who was perfect at the plate going 3-3 with 3 runs, an RBI and BB. Lindquist stayed hot with a 3-4, 2B, 3 RBI performance.

A close affair for most of the game, McKay jumped out first with RBI singles from Colon and MacMeans in the 1st. Braves answer in the 2nd and 3rd on RBI singles by Walsh, Ryan and Tracy and add another in the 4th on a Lindquist 1 run double.

A Veras bomb triple to straight away center and Kantardzic single get the Beacons within two. But the Braves but it away in the 5th and 6th with 5 runs on Lindquist and Ryan RBI singles, a wild pitch and a Haslam 2 run single.

MacMeans (3-3, 2 RBI), DiMartino (2-3, R, BB) and Colon (2-3, 2B, RBI) led the Beacons offense.

Coscione was 3-3 with 4 RBI. Smith helped himself at the dish going 2-3 with an RBI, walk and 3 runs scored. Lindquist was also 2-3 with a double, 2 runs, RBI and a walk.

The Black Sox' Varakis singled in Donnelly in the 6th and Donnelly singled in Syliva in the 7th after Sylvia and Shah had hits to lead off the inning.

Nick Powers and Angelo Colucci hit back to back homers, to help the Sabers defeat the Braves 9-6

Agiorgousis would reach on an error in the first. To set up a 2 run blast by Powers. Colucci would then follow with a homer of his own to CF.

The Sabers would add more in the 3rd. Pizarro would lead off with a double and Lenane and Powers would follow with RBI doubles. Creamer would then hit Powers in with a RBI single.

The Sabers would push Curtin across in the 4th. Cave would hit a RBI double to plate Colucci in the 5th. Colucci would have a RBI HBP in the 6th to score Agiorgousis.

Braves would threaten in the 6th with the bases loaded and tying run at the plate. Brundige would get the finally out of the inning and go on to earn the 4 out save.

With the tying run at the plate in the 7th, Quezada would fire a missile to third to pick off the runner to end the game.

Braves battles back all night. Tracy 2H and 2RBI.

Braves score 2 in the 1st on an RBI double from Coscione and an RBI single from Post. EBK matches in the bottom half on a 2 run Villalona double. Braves take the lead back in the 2nd on a Walsh double and Lindquist single up the middle.

EBK evens it up in the 4th on a Danielson hot shot grounder over the 3rd base bag that just kept rolling.

Braves take the lead for good in the 6th on a Post single, McLaughlin double, a wild pitch and a Glantz triple.

Post starts things off in the first with a 2 run double. Smith added another 2 run double in the 6th. Glantz returns from Italy to go 2-2 with 2 runs, an RBI and 2 walks.

Pitchers duel at Rogers. Smith strikes outs 6, scattering 7 hits in the shutout. Del Rio the tough luck loser allowing 2 unearned runs on 6 hits and 5 Ks.

Wong and Santosuosso lead off the game with back to back hits. Foote advanced them over on a sac bunt but Smith is able to work out of it with no damage with a strike out and liner to short.

Post singles in the 3rd and advances to second on an error. Walsh later drives him home on a liner to center. Braves add another in the 6th after an overthrow to 1st allowing Lee to score from second.

Rockies threaten in the 7th. After a leadoff K, Laliberte and Criscuolo both single. But again Smith is able to work out of it inducing a pop-up to short and grounder to 2nd to end it.

Walsh was 1-2 with the game winning RBI for the Braves.

Wong and Laliberte each had 2 hits for the Rockies.

Smith strikes out 9 to pick up his 5th win and Kevin Post hits his first YBL homer.

Coscione doubles home Joyce and Uberti in the first. Braves add two more in the 4th on Post's solo shot, followed later by a Joyce bases loaded HbP.

EBK gets within one in their half of the 4th on consecutive hits by Polanco, Luongo (2B), Beckerman, Villalona (2B) and a Paulino grounder.

Braves add 2 more in the 5th and then break it open in the 7th with 5 more runs.

Coscione led the Braves offense going 3-4 with a double, 3 RBI and 2 runs scored.

EBK was led by Luongo (RBI), Beckerman and Villalona (RBI), each with 2 hits including a double.

Braves bounce back from a tough extra innings loss on Sunday by defeating Stoneham 3-1 at Rogers.

Braves stay patient in the 1st, walking three times to load the bases. Post then drops one into shallow right to score 2. Tracy then smacks a liner over 3rd to score another and that's all the Braves would need.

Sabers score one in the 3rd on a Rice single, Cave double and a Pizarro sac-fly.

Anderson pitches another gem going 5.2 innings allowing 1 run on 4 hits, striking out 6. Beatrice came into the 6th for the 4 out save allowing a hit to Chapman which advanced Lenane to 3rd. Beatrice got out of the jam by inducing a grounder to 1st to end the inning. He would then strike out the side in the 7th for his second save.

Braves bats stay hot. Uberti launches 2 into the trees and McLaughlin added one. Uberti finished the night going 2-2 with 2 HR, 5 RBI, 2 BB while Joyce was 2-3 with 2 R and 3 RBI.

Kennedy-Smith allows 2 hits in 4 innings, striking out 4 to pick up his 2nd win in as many starts.

A. Baez, Roldan and Melo had the hits for the Astros.

Braves bats come alive pounding out 14 hits including 7 extra base hits. Lindquist (4-5, 2B, 2 R, 2 RBI, SB), Coscione (3-4, 2B, 3B, 3 R, 2 RBI, SB) and Joyce (2-4, HR, 2 RBI) led the Braves offense.

For the Townies, Bartlett had a hit and 2 stolen bases, including a delayed steal of home.

In the first meeting between the Braves and Saints we saw a pitchers duel tonight. The Braves started Cosicone with the Saints starting Shaw.
The Braves scored one in the 4th on a single by Smith and a RBI double from Tracy and would knock Shaw from the game. The Saints countered with Bousquet for the 5th and 6th and got into some trouble with a BB and a fielding error thereafter. With one out Uberti would tag from third and be thrown out on a seed by left fielder Gaines. Aizenstadt would follow in the 7th for a clean inning.
The Saints offense was kept quiet until the 7th being held to only one hit and a walk. Then Larocque started the 7th with an infield single and scored on a triple by Eschen tying the game at one lifting Cosicone. Braves loaded the bases pitching carefully but the Saints would win on a walk off fielders choice by Quitadamo.

Lindquist takes advantage of a new roll in the the leadoff spot, collecting 3 hits, with a double, RBI and a stolen base. Joyce continues his streak at the plate going 2-3, 3 runs scores, HbP and a stolen base.

Young throws 3 2/3 innings of scoreless relief, allowing just 3 hits, and Bakker has 2 hits for the Dodgers.

Kennedy-Smith pitches a gem going 5 2/3 of 1 run ball for a win in his first start. He allowed 4 hits and struck out 4. Beatrice came in the 7th for the save.

With the bases loaded in the 1st, Tracy blooped a shallow liner to right, just out of Oliveria's reach to plate 2 for the Braves. The Braves add another in the 2nd on a Joyce double and Tracy scores in the 3rd on an overthrow on a first and third stolen base attempt.

Harris score for EBK in the 3rd on a Beckerman Sac-Fly. Oliveria doubled to lead off the 7th, moves to third on a grounder to first and scores on a grounder to short.

Joyce stays hot at the plate for the Braves going 2-3, 2B, RBI, R, BB.

Paulino had 2 hits for the Knights.

The Braves open it up in the 6th scoring 6 runs. Uberti had a 2 run single while Joyce and Smith had RBIs in the inning.

Uberti continues to stay hot at the dish going 2-3 with a double, 4 RBI, BB, HbP and 2 runs scored. Joyce led the offense with 3 hits, BB, 2 runs and an RBI.

Luis and Pena led the offense for the Astros collecting two hits a piece.

Braves return to Rogers tomorrow to take on Savin Hill.

Smith struggled with his command on a rainy night at Rogers but the Braves offense provided just enough to get him his second win of the season.

Smith went the distance scattering 7 hits, walking 2 and striking out 10.

Knotted at 1 after 4, the Braves scored 3 in the 6th on 2 walks, a HbP and a Uberti 2 run single.

The Braves offense was led by Uberti going 2-3 with 2 RBI and a walk.

Costanza and Ryan led the McKay Club offense collecting 2 hits a piece.

Smith strikes out 11, allowing 3 hits and no walks as the Braves win their season opener. Conscione and Joyce smack back to back doubles to lead off the Braves season.

The Braves add 2 in the 3rd on a Post grounder and Ryan single and 2 more in the 6th on a Joyce bases loaded walk and a Uberti Sac-fly. Tracy adds an RBI triple to left to cap off the Braves scoring in the 7th.

Vennochi broke up the perfect game bid with a single down the right field line with two outs in the 3rd. The Maddogs plate their run in the 4th on a gap shot triple from Argetsinger.
