Al Thomas A's win a battle 3-2 in extra innings to go up 3 games to none in the finals. Matt Rothermel came within 2 outs of a no-hitter but the Sox battled back to tie the game and force extra innings.
Kevin Falvey's single scored pinch-runner Michael James with the eventual game-winner after a Ben Lewis leadoff walk in the 9th inning.
Mondro pitched a great game for the Sox.
