Veteran southpaw Ken Kilduff picks up his fourth victory of the season as he turns in 6 strong innings for the win and allows no earned runs. Sims throws a 1-2-3 seventh to close things out.

Jalbert(3-4)and Close(2-3) both drive in runs in the first. Close and Jalbert strike aagin in the third with back-to-back doubles and Cooper added an RBI single in the fifth. However, the story on this afternoon was Dave Mitrou. The veteran Captain centerfielder not only spelled Jalbert behind the dish with stellar defense, he was also an offensive force, going 3-4, lacing a double and picking up 3RBI. Bird.

After no runs and 7 hits in their first meeting, the Braves and Cyclones combine for 13 runs and 18 hits tonight as the Braves prevail 8-5 at Rogers. The Braves offense was led by James Ramsdell going 2-3, 3 RBI, 1 R, BB and SB. Braves second basemen Russ Murachver made 2 great plays after Cyclone base hits throwing behind the runners at first to get the outs. Eric Lochiatto let up a hit but faced the minimum in the 7th to get his first save.

The Cyclones offense was led by Chris Brown going 3-4 with 2 runs including a monster 2 run triple in the 6th.

Sox win second game of the week, behind Derek Wright's 3 hit shutout in his first YBL start.

Chelesea's Sam Kennedy-Smith was just as good going the distance only allowing 4 hits.

Corey Scafidi lead off the 7th with a single to left. Stole second and scored on Andy Kurzon's base hit to left field.

Joe Pasciucco notched his first win of the year in his first start going the distance. Joe gave up 2 hits, walked 3 and hit 4 batters while striking out 11.

Johnny Cunningham had 1 hit, 3 walks, 2 stolen bases and scored twice to lead the offense.

Chris wood hit 2 triples and Chris Neil hit a bomb to left center for his first home run of the year.

Another Cyclones rookie pitcher does the job today! Oscar Otero rolled to his first YBL victory with 10Ks. Otero surrendered his only hit of the game, a double down the right field line in the 6th inning.

Medford's Chris Wood pitched well in the loss scattering 7 hits over 6 innings of work and allowing only 1 run in the home half of the 6th.

Cyclones catcher Joe Gil came up big with 1 out in the bottom of the 6th with an RBI single to score Sam Kennedy-Smith from third. That was all the Cyclones needed to post the victory.

Another pitcher's duel at Trum field tonite.
Cyclones starter Mike Sciarappa went 7.1 striking out 13 and allowing 1 earned run, before turning the ball over to rookie pitcher Blake Yee. Yee goes 1.2 innings and earned his first YBL win in a come back victory for the Cyclones.

Savin Hill starter Matthew Conroy went 6.1 allowing 1 earned run before turning the ball over to Matt Chase who took the loss in the bottom of the 9th.

The Cyclones offense came to life late with a 1 out double by Pat Sueltenfuss, but the hero was 2nd baseman Christian Barros who went 3-4 with the game tying rbi double in the 7th and who then scored the winning run in the bottom of the 9th after leading off w/a single.
