Chris Dion was brilliant all afternoon as he throws the Sabers' first no hitter in franchise history and the Sabers defeat the Maddogs 1-0 in a pitchers duel at Recreation Park. Dion struck out 8 Maddog batters, throwing a no hit shutout as he picks up his 2nd win of the season. Dylan Dennis went the distance for Medford letting up 5 hits and only 1 run getting the tough luck loss. The Sabers would load the bases in the third with a Joe Parlow single, Mike Robinson HBP, and a Stefan Botarelli Single. When Ryan Flanagan would draw a clutch RBI walk for the games only run. Nick Schauwecker had 2 hits for Stoneham. Hats off to catcher Travis Adams for calling a great game behind the plate for Stoneham.
