The South End Astros pick up their first win of 2015 with a convincing victory over the Brighton Black Sox. Jonathan Matos picks up the win on the mound going 4 innings, giving up only 1 hit, a line drive homerun by Cather in the 1st inning. Joey "Eyeball" Ortiz and Izzy Velez pitched the final 3 innings giving up only 1 hit. Offensively the Astros were lead by Moises Maza's 3 hits, Junior Tejada's 2 RBI, and Julian Alvarez' 3 RBI.....capped off by an amazing line drive bomb to left center field at Jim Rice Field.
