Classic pitching matchup tonight at Trum. Alex Wong and Lamarre Rey would do battle. Rockies dual threat Alex Wong would show exactly why he is that. Wong went the distance, striking out 5, and allowing the 1 unearned run. At the plate he went 2-3 driving in the first run on a double to the right center gap, and eventually went on to score the game winning run. The Rockies would add an insurance run in the 5th. Del Rio hit a long double to right center and Santosuosso would single him in. Tony Iafolla had a strong night at the plate going 2-3 scoring the first run of the game.
