Beacons came off a 3 game losing streak to defeat a very good team and one of the best YBL pitchers Kevin Christina last night. The 8-4 win saw Sean Sullivan rebound after 2 losses in a row. Sully only allowed 3 hits, but was a tad wild walking 10 and allowing 4 runs - 2 were earned. He struck out 8 Brewers. Ryan Thomas killed a 6th inning rally for McKay Club and shut down the Brew Crew in the 7th. Rob Linn struck a solo homer in the first going 3 for 4 with 2RBI & 2 runs scored. Dana Levensaler was 2 for 4 - 2RBI and 2 runs scored. He also pulled off a great double play on a fly ball in the 5th. Dan Ciocca was 2 for 4 w/2 doubles an RBI and 1 run scored. Andy McAllister was perfect on the night. Deuce was 3 for 3 2 doubles an RBI 1 run scored and he was struck by a pitch.
