Joe Carrig earned his first YBL win with a solid 5 innings as the Al Thomas Club defeated the McKay Club 5-2. Ben Howrigan hurled the final 2 frames to pick up the save. Ricky Salvucci ripped 2 doubles and leadoff hitter Mark Daly added 2 hits for the A's. Mike Barthel pitched very well for the Beacons, while Dusty Esposito and Drew Tambling crushed doubles.
