Down 3-2 in the seventh, the Black Sox score two runs on a Bill Reichmann double to take the lead. Stoneham would tie the score at 4 in the bottom of the seventh on a double by Jake Zelnick. The Sox would get the winning run in the top of the eighth on a triple by J.T. Ross. Matt Nicholson picks up the win in relief pitching two scoreless innings of relief including getting out of a big bases loaded no out jam in the bottom of the seventh.
