You know the saying "It's better to be lucky than good" Well the Alibrandi's 9 was good and lucky last night outlasting a game Roslindale club 10-8 at the old ball park. Mike Powers and Scott Rodgers combined to pitch 7 strong innings battling all the way yeilding just 3 earned runs on 11 hits. Offense was lead by Derek Bates 4-4 with 4RBI's and a run scored, Frank McPherson 3-4 with 2RBI's and a run scored and Tom McDonough 2-4 with 1RBI and 1 run scored. Kevin White and Mike Feetham reached base safely 3 times each and combined to score 4 runs.
