The Beacons achieved their 5th straight win over division-rival Savin Hill as the away team at McConnell, by a score of 6-2. Bryan Curran threw 4 scoreless innings and Mike Barthel earned a save with error-less defense behind them. Mike Mattei had 10 plays hit to him at SS - 6 putouts and 4 assists.
