Ryan Flanagan throws another shutout to blank the Dodgers 1-0. Flanagan struck out ten batters and only letting up one hit, while going the distance for the Sabers. Joe Russo's perfect bunt to bring in Aaron Whittet in the bottom of the second inning was enough to defeat the Dodgers. Russo also had himself a day behind the plate, throwing a runner out and calling his sixth shutout of the season. Greg Dubela had himself a day as well, going 3 for 3 at the plate. Starting for the first time in 4 years, Marc Skipper threw an impressive complete game but took the loss in front of a sold out Recreation Park crowd. Villalobos had the only hit for the Dodgers.
