In a well played 2016 RIIABL Finals rematch, the Hops outlast Trap 6-2 at Old Mt. Rathskeller came out firing with four hits and 2 runs in the first, but Trap starter Will Dawson would settle down and not allow another run until the 9th, when Dante Blancarte would hit a 3 run shot to go up 5-1. Hops starter John Jacobellis would go 6 innings in the win giving up just 2 hits, 1 run and 8 Ks. Borges, Apice, Laferriere and Blancarte with multi hit games for Rathskeller. Sam johnson with 2 hits and an rbi for Trap.
