Things looked bright for Al Thomas as they took an early 1-0 lead in the 1st. Somerville plated 4 huge runs in the 2nd and held on to beat Al Thomas 4 to 1. Marc DesRoches and Bobby Barrett hit piggy back singles to lead the stanza. Demartinis walked loading the sacks. Mark Addesa singled Doc in to tie up the game. Dan Goughan walked Mike Maguire to force Barrett across. Kevin Salines gave Somerville a 3 run lead with a 2-RBI's single. Chris Foundas got the well earned win. Tanguay came in to shut the door in the 7th for the save. Dan Gaughan had a decent night on the bump. He allowed 4 runs on 7 hits over 6 innings. James Katsiroubas was 3 for 4 with a double for Al Thomas. While DesRoches was 2 for 3 for Somerville. All is new Sunday at 4PM. Kelly Field is the location for game 3.
