The Beacons rebounded after Sunday's loss to post their 25th win of the season. Thomas Fitzpatrick had a night for himself on the mound with 4 shutout innings and 7 K's while Lippi and Pelletier finished it off with a combined two scoreless. The Beacons offense exploded with 4 triples in the 2nd, a 3-4 night by the league leader in almost everything (Curran), 2-3 with extra bases (Barthel), 2-3 with a 3B (McKay) and 2-4 (Mattei and Lerro) to plate 10 and secure the #1 seed in the 2011 Yawkey League playoffs.
