Another Cyclones rookie pitcher does the job today! Oscar Otero rolled to his first YBL victory with 10Ks. Otero surrendered his only hit of the game, a double down the right field line in the 6th inning. Medford's Chris Wood pitched well in the loss scattering 7 hits over 6 innings of work and allowing only 1 run in the home half of the 6th. Cyclones catcher Joe Gil came up big with 1 out in the bottom of the 6th with an RBI single to score Sam Kennedy-Smith from third. That was all the Cyclones needed to post the victory.
