Bombers jump out to a 1-0 lead in the opening round of the BMBL 28+ postseason with a 7-4 victory against the visiting Bay State Pirates. Anthony Del Prete went the distance on the bump for the Bombers, striking out 4 in victory. Pirates starter Nate Fishman also went the distance, limiting the Bombers bats and scattering only 4 earned runs. MVP Candidate Mike Maguire plated the eventual game-winner with a 4th inning double that drove in catcher Mike Mori.
