In the first game of the best of five series that finally got underway between the Grays and the Padres, Bill Riggieri pitched the first no-hitter in Grays history. Riggieri was lights out fanning 10 Padres hitters in his CG effort. He also got it done with the bat (1-3 RBI, SB). Matt Ferro led the Grays offense coming through as usual in the clutch (3-3, 3RBI, R). Not to be forgotten is Tad Beagley's great game called behind the dish.
