Carlsen jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the first on 6 hits. Alvarez hit a 2 run double. Stockyard chipped away scoring 2 in the fourth on a 2 run double by Park. Carlsen scored 1 more in the 5th on an rbi hit by Melchinney. Stockyard responded with 2 in the bottom of the 5th. Stockyard scored 3 in the bottom of the 7th on a 2 run homerun by Lyons (3 hits, 4 runs, 2 rbis). The game remained scoreless until Stockyard won it on a sac fly by Rowley in the 9th. Lennon picked up the win after 2 scoreless innings. Stockyard advances to the finals.

Stockyard took a 2-0 lead in the first after 2 walks to Witzberger and Lyons. They completed a double steal and score on a sac fly by Busby and an error by Carlsen. The game remained at 2-0 unitl the 5th when Carlsen capitalized on Stockyard's miscues. The big hit coming on a 2 run double by Alicea. The Stockyard quickly responded in the bottom half of the inning scoring 4 runs. Stockyard's Annino was lifted in the 6th having allowed only 1 earned run while striking out 8. Lennon allowed the inherited runner to score on a base hit by Carlsen's Malaret. Park made the key defensive play in the 6th, turning a 4-3 double play on a jump throw to first. Lennon closed the door striking out the side in the 7th. Annino picked up the win and Lennon the save. Rolls (who was called on to replace injured Carlsen pitcher Velaquez in the 1st) pitched well and kept his team in the game. Witzberger, Lyons and Rowley led the way for the Stockyard wit

Stockyard came out swinging scoring 3 runs in the top of the first with 4 hits including 2 triples. Stockyard jumped out to a quick 4-0 lead after 2 innings but Carlson came right back scoring 3 to make it a 1 run game going into the 5th. Stockyard would tack on another 3 runs to make a last inning Carlson rally not enough. Stewart Park of Stockyard went 3 for 4 which included one of the five triples hit in the game. Dan Zailaskas earned the win for for Stockyard going the distance. Ronny Mercado threw seven full as well in a tough loss.

Carlson stayed hot with the bats scoring runs in every inning. Fabian Alicea capped off the night for the Carlson Club with a 3 run home run over the "green monster" at Jim Rice Field. Eric Velasquez earned his fifth win of the season throwing 6 innings on 5 hits. Shu Sasaki also went deep for Cannon.

Despite more Carlson errors in the field, Carlson was able to come up with big 2 outs hits to drive in runs. Ariel Rojas' 2 out 2RBI double in the fifth put Carlson on top for good. Hines made a 7th inning rally scoring 1 and moving the tying run to 3rd but Marvin Malaret was able to strike out the last 2 batters to earn the save. Eric Velasquez earned his 4th win allowing only 3 hits. Josue Felciano and Carlos Alvarado combined to go 3 for 4 with 2 walks, HBP, 4 runs and 2 RBI out of the 1 and 2 spots.

In the bottom of the fifth, the Padres broke a 1-1 tie off a bases loaded 2 out umpire interference which would prove to be the game winning run. Padres then added on another 2 off a Carlson error. Padres would add another 3 in the 6th off of a Manuel Soto 2RBI triple. Mesa earned the win for the Padres.

Errors plagued Carlson accumulating 7 in total allowing Mass Envelope to stay in the game scoring 8 unearned runs. The game moved into extras where Carlson finally closed out the game in the 9th with a 2RBI triple by Jonathan Pollard. Junior Rentas had 3 hits for Carlson while also earning the win in relief combining with Eric Velasquez for 11 strikeouts.

Despite outhitting Carlson, Towne's defense allowed eight unearned runs and Fabiano Alicea kept the lid on Towne's 10-hit attack for the win. Alicea also chipped in with two hits, and three runs scored on Josue Feliciano's back-breaking single in the 4th. Two hits apiece by Towne's Don Ferbert, Jim Klocek and Chris Malloy wasn't enough as Towne left 11 runners on base.

Despite a first inning stumble, Eric Velasquez went on to throw 5 consecutive scoreless innings to keep Calrson in the game and eventually earn the win. In the bottom of the 4th, Jonathan Pollard hit a towering 2-run home run to tie the game at 3 a piece. Jose Diaz then scored the go ahead run quickly after for Carlson. The Padres tried to stage a last inning comeback with an RBI double from Manuel Soto but fell 1 run short as pitcher Junior Rentas started a game ending double play to earn the save in a full inning of relief.

Scott Hampe clamped the lid on Carlson's league-leading offense, shutting them out on two hits. He and Eric Velasquez combined for a pitcher's duel at Kelly field in complete game efforts. However, in the bottom of the 6th with the bases loaded and 2 outs, Tony Iafolla hit a ground ball right back to the pitcher and managed to beat the throw to first, allowing Jim Klocek to score the only run of the game. Both pitchers struck out 4. Hampe walked one while facing only three batters over the minimum.

Carlson tagged on an extra 3 in the 7th to put the game out of reach. Julian Alvarez went 3 for 5 with 6 RBI including a a monster home run. Eddy Delcarmen also went 3 for 3 with 3 RBI.

Velasquez threw 4 shutout innings to earn the win for Carlson. Mercado finished Palmer off with another 3 scoreless innings in relief. Carlson struck first in the bottom of the fourth with Ariel Rojas' 2 RBI single which would prove to be the big hit for Carlson who never looked back after that. Ryan Mcelhinney had 3 hits for Carlson. Wozniak, Haberman, and Reilly each recorded a hit for Palmer while the Palmer pitching staff as a whole collected 10 K's.
