The dormant Malden bats came alive today on a great day at a beautiful ball field in Milton. Malden scored 2 runs in the first. Joe Eugenio walked (series 0-1, 6 walks)and was doubled home by a ball off the 395 foot sign in left center by Tom Englehardt. Englehardt scored on a Sac Fly by Adam Del Rio. Al Thomas scored in the 1st on am RBI single by Muse. Malden pushed across 2 in the 3rd. The offensive highlight came in the 4th on a 3-run homerun by Lenny Carter over the 405 foot sign in right center. Evan Tardugno came back today getting the win in 5 innings of work.
