Jon Chapman's 2-run double put the A's within one, Matt Rothermel singled to tie the game. Miguel Gonzalez scored the go-ahead run on a wild pitch.
Zach Hatfield opened the game with a triple, still in his dress socks from his cousin's wedding, and Kevin Falvey drove him in with a sac fly.
Trevor Derochea picked up the win in relief and Jay Gamboa came in to record the last 2 outs for the save.
With 2 wins and a save in the Finals, Gamboa earned MVP honors.
Kyle Cachopa (3 hits) and Justine Makisimu (2 hits, 2 BB) led the way for the Sox, who never stopped battling the entire series.

Paul Wydom tossed a gritty 6 innings, battling through control problems in the 4th inning to pick up the win. Derochea tossed a scoreless inning for the save.
Both teams made a number of great defensive plays.
