The only other hit in the game came of the bat of Jim Perron of the Towne Club, a double in the 3rd inning. |

ADSL jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the first led by Jason Leonard's 2-run single. That proved to be plenty of support as Fernando Burgos dealt an impressive complete game, allowing just two hits.
Burgos retired the first ten batters of the game and the only run allowed was unearned. He finished the game with 13 strikeouts in a dominant night on the bump. |
