Towne Club walks off with a 3-2 win in 9 innings to open the series. Nate Pajka leads off the 9th with a single. A walk, fly out, and intentional walk loads the bases with one out and sets the stage for Dana Dresser who delivers a single to right for the win.

After trading a run each through 3, Alex Venditti puts Towne ahead with a solo shot into the bullpen in right in the 4th. TJO answers right back to tie it in the 5th. Both Connor Farrell and Pat Hurley are effective through six innings. Each team has multiple golden opportunities in the later innings with runners on third and less than two outs. But relievers Rory Ziomek and Dave Long get big strikeouts when they need them. Ziomek picks up his third win of the postseason

Putting out fires on and off the field, Palmer starting pitcher Tony Trafecanty was clutch all evening. Trafecanty twirled a shutout, striking out 8 and scattering 7 hits while only allowing 2 base runners to reach scoring position all night.

The Palmer offense came alive early, scoring runs in the first 4 innings of the ballgame to set the tone. Johnny Phelan lead the attack for Palmer, going 3-4 with a stolen base, 2 runs scored, and 3 RBI's. JP Songin also added a 2-hit performance and an RBI for Palmer.

Kevin MacIntyre goes the distance in another gutty performance for the win. He scattered 8 hits over 7 innings with no walks. The Old man continues to amaze. The offense was sparked by Danny Rose's blast to launch a 5 run 5th inning and Matt Smith chips in with two clutch hits.

After withstanding an early TJO surge, the Palmer offense woke up in big way in the 4th with a 6-run answer to give Palmer the series opening victory.

Kyle Musco settled in to throw a complete game on 4 runs and 6 hits while striking out 3.

Palmer received offensive contributions up and down the lineup, racking up 8 walks and notching RBI's from 5 different hitters on the evening.

Jim Pierce lead the Palmer attack, going 2-4 with a double and 2 RBI's.

TJO's finishes the regular season with a come from behind victory over Cannon Club off the bat of Mike Larocque with a walk-off single in the bottom of the 7th. MVP candidate Derek Reddy continues his hot hitting with three hits (triple) and three runs scored raising his average to a league leading .480! Big hits also came off the bats of Christian Hodge (3 for 3, triple, 2 RBI) and Chris (CJ)Johnson (3 for 4, 2 doubles and 3 RBI). The 52 year Old Man MacIntyre, who led the league in innings pitched, combined with James Mulry for the win.

It looked like ADSL had a bad case of the Monday's as TJO Sports jumped out to an 8-0 lead after four full innings. Derek Reddy (4-4, 3 RBI) paced the offense, roping a 2-out three-run inside the park HR for TJO. They tacked on four more on four triples to the gaps.

ADSL showed some life in the 5th, scoring four to cut the lead in half channeling their Peter Gibbons. Tom Kelly (2-5, 4 RBI) lined a bases clearing double to cut into the big lead. ADSL then put up a 6-spot of their own in the 6th as seven straight batters reached getting into the TJO bullpen and taking a 10-9 lead. JP Knight was 4-5 with 2 RBI and a big relay from Paul Cleary to home plate to nail down Joe Lyons at home for the game-tying homerun in the bottom of the 7th. Nick Kinsella threw well in relief picking up the big comeback win for ADSL.

A great game for anyone watching, Cannon comes out on top with the walk off and secures the first playoff spot in 2016.

Pitching and defense ruled the game as both Lippert and Scanlon each had 8k's on the mound. The first big play came in the 5th when Reddy, smokes a ball to the gap with a runner on. Heading for third, a sharp relay from Neshe to Desai cuts Reddy down at 3rd before the run crosses the plate to end the inning. McCue, Swain, and Colon string some hits in the bottom to take the lead.

Johnson answers with a triple and scores on Smith's sac. TJO threatens in the 7th when McGaff singles and gets to 3rd with 1 out after a sac and pb. Miller flies to right but Swain throws and absolute missile to home to cut the tagging runner down by 5 feet.

Bot 7, McCue gets on first after a dropped third strike. Swain mashes the ball to right just out of reach and McCue hustles around for the game winner.

Palmer got another outstanding pitching performance by veteran Kenny Henry. Both teams were shut out until the top of 7th inning when TJO Sports scored on a 2-out base hit to take the lead 1-0. Palmer responded by loading the bases in the bottom half of the inning with nobody out. TJO then got the next 2 hitters to pop out to infielders before Matt Lipsett was hit by a pitch to bring in the tying run. John Phelan, of Fitchburg fame (and infamy), drove a line shot to left field for the walkoff win.

Emergency catcher Chris Johnson who was placed into action after Max Berner left the game after a foul ball off the foot turned in a solid performance throwing out one runner and picking off another at 1st. The 6th inning had some excitement as Derek Reddy made an outstanding play throwing a strike to Chris at the plate for a bang, bang play to record the out.

Exciting come from behind win tonight for TJO's as Duncan McGaff drives in the winning run on a walk off single to left to drive in Max Berner. Max got it started with a hustling double down the right field line to set up the game winning hit by Duncan. It was a tight fought pitcher's duel between ADSL's Worth Walrod and the ageless Kevin MacIntyre of TJO's. However, it was Kevin who would earn his third consecutive winning in a row off the heroics of Max and Duncan.

The Palmer Club edged out TJO Sports 7-4 Wednesday night at Fallon. Kyle Musco went the distance for the Palmer Club striking out six while scattering eight hits over 7 innings (2 ER).

TJO jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the bottom of the 1st before Musco settled down and put it in cruise control not allowing another earned run the rest of the way. He held TJO scoreless from the 2nd through the 5th innings, which is where Palmer club did most of their damage.

The Palmer Club responded to TJO’s early lead by scoring 7 unanswered runs taking a 7-2 lead and never looked back. Curtis Tirone, hitting in the 2-hole with Jimmy Pierce out on paternity leave, continued to play a key role with the Palmer Club finishing 3 for 4 with 2 doubles, 2 runs scored, and an RBI. Veteran shortstop Johnny Phelan contributed going 2 for 4 with a HBP, and 2 runs scored. Matt Bender had another solid night at the dish in the cleanup role contributi

Padres start the week off with a tough win over TJO Sports 4-3. After being down 2- 0 2B Jaoquin Figueroa hits a solo HR over the wall in left in the 3rd, then in the 4th Zach Barrett ties the game with a solo shot to right to tie the game. Padres take the lead with a single and stolen base from Marcos Reiky Rey Reyes then he was knocked in with a single from Ervin Kantardžić. TJO ties the game in the top of the 5th 3-3 in the bottom Padres go right back on top with a RBI single by Eduardo Soto knocking the Capt. Pedro Flores to take the lead 4-3. Jeremy Leopold comes on in relief of Jarlin M. Gomez, who finally had his streak of 22 scoreless innings broken, but battled for 5 innings to get his 4th win of the season with 11 K's. Towne Club finishes off a strong week with a 8-4 win over TJO Sports. James Bussiere went 5 strong striking out 7. Matt Treveloni lead the offense going 3-3 with a triple and Steve Picco went 2-2 with 4 RBIs.

The highlight of the game however came in the top of the 5th when it was a 2-0 game still. Dana Dresser lead off and chopped a ball to third base and hobbled around the box in pain. After being called out on the force at 1st, he did his own rendition of Cleon Jones from the 1969 World Series, taking off his shoe, stirrup, and sock to show the home plate ump a large welt on his front foot. He was convinced and deemed it a foul ball. Dresser would end up flying out on a lazy ball to medium centerfield.

But the never say die TJO's team came charging back led by Matt Smith's (2 hits in the 7th inning and 3 RBI) clutch hit to knock in 2 to take the lead on a 3-2 count 2 out single. Offense stars also included Sam Miller (2-4) and John Hodge's clutch single in the 7th to keep the drive alive.

ADSL bounced back from a walk-off loss the night before to get a walk-off win of their own. TJO jumped out to an early 5-0 lead by taking advantage of a couple ADSL miscues which led to a 2-out grand slam by Joe Lomuscio in the 2nd inning. ADSL responded by scoring five runs in the 4th to take a 6-5 lead. TJO kept producing runners and took a 3-run lead into the 6th. ADSL scored two to pull within one run and then capitalized on a couple walks which led to Tom Kelly's sac-fly for the walk off 10-9 win.

What started as a pitching duel between James Curto (4 scoreless innings) and Jay Turner for TJO's and Xavier Santana of Grossman Marketing ended in a bang as Grossman Marketing's Robert Fonesca drove in two to take the lead in the top of the 7th only to set the stage for Lomuscio's game winning hit with two out in the bottom of the frame.
