The final game of the season turned out to be a pitchers duel between Hueston and Vallerand that went 10 innings.Ryan Radabaugh singled with one out in the 10th,and with 2 outs Paul Rousseau drove in the winning run with a single into the gap.Gutsy performance from Gary Vallerand,and another good season for Waltham.Hueston had a Cy Young season giving up only 3 earned runs in 53 innings.Sox win there 8th title in 11 seasons.Congrats.to Coach Ward on his first championship. |
