Jeremy Winters with a walk off RBI single in the bottom of the 9th wins it for Scituate. Rob Monti was dealin, going the distance with 20, yes 20, K's. One mistake to Demartinis in the 8th that was sent into orbit for a two run homer. Cavagnaro pitched very well for EB, keeping the Tides off balance for most of the day. Great game under great conditions.

A Monti vs Godfrey battle where the Tides pull it out in the bottom of the 9th. Godfrey almost single handedly beat the Tides with 10 fielding assists, 1 put out, and 9 K's. Then, he singled in the 8th, stole 2nd and 3rd, and scored the Bombers lone run on a sac fly by Nugent. But Scituate finally responds in the bottom of the 9th with an RBI single by Gainey and a game winning sac fly by Dakota Happas, bringing home brother Derek Happas. Monti picks up the win scattering 6 hits with 12 K's. Outstanding game all around.
