Dave Timmons toed the mound for the Senators pitching 6 strong to secure the win. Timmons allowed no runs and 4 hits while striking out 5.

Nate Laliberte (2H,HR,3R,2RBI) and rookie John Maryanski (2H,2R) continued their hot hitting ways, collecting two hits a piece. Timmons and Lombardi also chipped in with 2 RBIs each.

For the Red Sox, Kraig Moody and Glenn Cooper each had two hits.

Kraig Moody took a no hitter into the 7th inning only to have it broken up. The Red Sox managed to hang on to get the 3-2 win vs. the Brewers. Moody still went all 7 innings to get the win. Tim Morin had a huge double in the 4th inning to clear the bases and give the Red Sox a 2-0 lead. The Sox would score again on a bunt single by Bill Ferdinand and and a costly throwing error by the Brewers pitcher allowing John Hammond to score all the way from First Base.

The A's bats came alive as they scored 9 runs for the win. Brendenstine went the distance allowing 2 runs on 5 hits and fanning 6 to pick up his first win of the season.

The O's enjoyed a walkoff win in the 10th as Greg Gallivan stroked a single to left, his 3rd hit of the game, to drive in Jordan Krall with the winning run.

The Orioles managed to force extra innings by playing a solid 7th. In the top half of the inning, the Red Sox had runners on 1st and third with nobody out. The O's managed to get out of the jam unscathed by erasing two different runners at 3rd base. Heading into the bottom of the 7th trailing by a run, the O's tied the game courtesy of a leadoff walk by Andy Murachver and, ultimately, a Ryan Bere sacrifice fly.

Bryan Healey pitched into the 9th for the O's, lasting 8.1 innings with a season-high 8 K's. Jay Thomas earned the win in relief, stranding runners in scoring position in both the 9th and 10th.

For the Red Sox, Jon Letourneau led the offense with a double, a walk and a HR.

Gally with the GW-RBI in the 10th. Healey and JT combine for a W with 9K's.

In an extremely close game, the Grays prevailed behind the complete game, 2-hit, shutout pitching performance of Jay O'Hara. The game remained scoreless until the 6th inning, withe extremely strong pitching preformances from both the Red Sox and Grays. O'Hara helped himself behind the plate going 2 for 3 with 2 doubles. Tad Beagley was able to knock in 2 runs as the Grays went on to the victory.

John Hammond and Sam Delvecchio combined for a 6 for 6 day with 6 runs scored as the Eire Pub Red Sox beat the Astros 11-7.
The Astros would take a 7-6 lead in the bottom of the 6th, but the Red Sox would explode at the top of the 7th by scoring 5 runs.
Kraig Moody would go all 7 innings to pick up the win and Chris Stockbridge would steal his first base of his MABL career.

The Reds get Josh Sayre his first MABL win in a game that was much closer than the score indicated.

With a 4-2 lead going into the 6th, the Red Sox rallied to score one and get the tying run to second thanks to some timely hits and a well placed bunt single from Stocky. Jon Courtemanche came in to close out the 6th which was enough to pick up the save.

The Reds went on to bust the game open highlighted by a Grand Slam from catcher Ryan Melia.

In a back and forth game, the Cutters outlasted the Red Sox. Matt Richards went the distance earning the win. Moloney goes 3-4 with 2 runs scored on the day. Cross, Francis Kowalski, John Schroll and Josh Modell all chip in with 2 hits a piece for the Cutters. Morin and Moddy have multi-hit game for the Sox.

The Grays jumped out to an early lead and were able to keep it behind the 2 hit complete game pitching performance of Jay O'Hara. O'Hara had a no-hitter through the 6th inning until it was broken up by Chris Stockbridge. O'Hara racked up 8K's when it was all said and done.

The Grays provided plenty of offensive support driving in 9 runs off of 8 hits. Steve Baldassari went 3 for 4 and had 2 RBIs. Paul Branche had an impressive 3 RBI night.

Pitcher Jon Letourneau threw a gem, despite a bad 4th inning while picking up the win against the undefeated Rangers.

The Red Sox scored 5 runs in the 3rd, all with 2 outs. The red Sox would score 5 more in the 5th and never look back.

Delvechio and Stockbridge would each go 2 for 4 with 2 RBI's each. Letourneau would throw all 7 innings with his usual 120+ pitch count.

The Red Sox would need a come from behind win to take down the Senators in the bottom of the 7th.

Kraig Moody started for the Red Sox and was cruising right along until the 6th inning when the Senators would finally get to him scoring 5 runs in the inning to tie up the game. The Senators would take the lead in the top of the 7th, but only to be out done when the Red Sox scored two in the bottom of the 7th, capped off by a game winning 2 RBI single by Sam Delvecchio, who also picked up the win.

Bill Ferdinand had a 2 for 2 game with a walk and a hit by pitch, reaching base all 4 times up. Delvecchio was 3 for 4 with 4 RBI's. Tom Decarlo was 2 for 3 with a key RBI single in the 6th to tie up game.

Tigers win a squeaker under the Sun at Garvey, as the deciding 5th inning ended with the Tigers still up by 1, a lead they held to Victory!

Sox's "Lumpy" Letourneau smoked a HR to RF that bounced off the track, getting the Sox going in the 2nd, taking the lead thanks to some clever base running.

The 5th saw the heat start to show it's effects. The Tigers capitalized on some walks and errors with 5 hits for 7 runs, highlighted by Pane's 1st hit of the season (1st game), Murph's line-drive RBI ground rule double, and KB's 2RBI 1B to left. The Sox had a great 2-out comeback attempt in the bottom half though; 2 walks, 2 errors and 2 hits (with a nice 3B by Levesque to clear the bases) put 5 on the board with a man stranded on 3rd.

CG pitched well enough for the win, with RWlod (R-Vlod) finishing the game . Moody pitched well for the Sox absorbing a tough loss.

Reds pick up the win behind a milestone filled pitching performance from Daryl Pina who scattered 8 hits over 7 to pick up the 50th win of his career which ties him with Jeff James for 1st all time. Pina also went over the 500K plateau passing Chris O'Sullivan for the MABL career lead.

On a hot sunny day in Dorchester, the Eire Pub Red Sox and Mariners squared off against each other for the first time in their respective franchise's history. The M's jumped out to a 5-0 lead after 2 innings, but the Red Sox were persistent and came back with 5 runs of their own to tie the score after 3. With the Red Sox leading 7-6 in the top of the 5th, the M's Matt Dumont crushed a timely double to plate 2 runs and put the M's back on top, 8-7. The M's added three more in the 6th and Dumont came on to close out the Red Sox, 11-7.

For the M's, it was all about timely hitting. Matt Dumont's double put the Mariners back on top for good, and Jay LaPointe and Matt O'Loughlin had key hits to add to the lead in the late innings. For the Red Sox, Sam Delvecchio had a huge 2-RBI triple, and Adam Levesque added 2 hits.

Dumont put the M's ahead for good and closed out the game from the hill, while LaPointe picked up a key hit in the 6th.

Fab picks up his second win with a fabulous start, allowing just 3 hits to go with 9 K's. JP got things going in the 1st with a BB and SB, Fab knocked him in for the 1st run, and later scored on a nice piece of hitting from KB in his new shoes.

Levesque tied it in the 2nd with a liner to right that cleared the fence, but it was all Tigers the rest of the way. JP put one in the new pool area in the 3rd and batted around in the 5th on 3 hits, 3 walks, and 2 sac flies. 7 of 9 starters finished with at least one hit, including 6 multi-hit performances.

Moody pitched valiantly again for the Red Sox, but couldn't keep the Tigers at bay. Riordan finished things off in the 7th without making things interesting, with a K to end the game and move the Tigers to 6-0 on the season.

After throwing over 100 pitches on Wednesday, Kraig Moody went back to the hill and was able to pick up the win as the Eire Pub Red Sox defeated the Brewers 10-3. Moody went 5.2 innings giving up 2 earned runs on 7 hits. Jon Letourneau came in and picked up the save getting out of the bases loaded jam with a strikeout in the sixth. On the offensive side of things, John Hammond broke the game wide open with a bases loaded triple in the 4th inning.

The Tigers pick up the first win in their new uni's to move to 3-0.

Malaret(1-3, HR, 2RBI, 2R) put the Tigers on top in the 3rd with an 0-2 missile to deep center, but the Red Sox responded with 3 runs in the top of the 3rd with some solid hitting of their own as Cooper drove in 2 with a deep double and Sanchez followed Morin's lights-aided 3B with a 1B to score Morin for the lead.

The Tigers would come back however in the bottom of the 5th with 4 hits and good baserunning. Murph took one to the dome but scored the innings first run as Long reached on a FC that turned into 3 runs and got things going for the Tigers.

Griff went 4 strong, but Fab picked up the win in relief, going the last 3. Gib had a fine day at the plate(1-1, BB, HBP, 2R) and in the field with some nice D, while Sway hosed runners at both home and 3rd in key situations.

Pete Salzberg put on a great pitching display until leaving the game injured in the top of the 5th inning. The Eire Pub managed to hang on and still walk away with the 4-3 victory. This is the Pub's first victory in the MABL. Sam Delvecchio was 2-3 with a pair of doubles and a pair of RBI's. Sam also came in to pitch and picked up the save.

The heart attack 'stros struck again on Saturday, coming back from 5 runs down to beat the Eire Pub Red Sox 10-9. After the 'stros took a 10-8 lead in the bottom of the six, the Red Sox fought back to within one before a severely hungover, slightly unstable, and giddily sleep deprived Jon Mayes (2-4 though) collected the last out on a high pop fly to center with a man on base. Ken Pellegrini got the win in relief for the 'stros. More details later...

Matt Deeb led off the season with a homerun to spark an Opening Day win for the Ben's Dream White Sox over MABL's newest addition, the Erie Pub Red Sox. Andrew Hubbard notched the win, going 6 innings with 12 K's.

Rookie additions came up big for the Sox as Rob Linn went 4-5 with 5 RBI, Jon Naumowicz crushed a triple and scored 3 times, and TJ Gardner went 2-3 with 2 RBI and threw a scoreless 7th inning.

The Red Sox scored 2 in the 6th when Sam DelVecchio laced an RBI double to right-center and Chris Stockbridge singled him home.

Errors killed the Red Sox as they managed a whopping 11 errors in the game!
