Park league veteran pitchers Darwin Mesa for the Padres and Jared Blandino for ADSL battled in complete game efforts on each side with ADSL coming out on top 6-3. ADSL jumped ahead 2-0 after three innings, but the Padres rallied back to take a 3-2 lead on a 2-run triple by Zach Barrett. ADSL did not go away as they tied it up in the next inning on a two-out double by Mike Davis. After holding the Padres in the bottom of the sixth, ADSL put together a rally in the 7th, taking advantage of a couple Padres miscues and capping it off with a long double by Frankie Tierney (3-4, R, RBI). Blandino pitched a strong 7th to pick up the win.
