Jared Rooney threw five innings to pick up his second win of the season. Joe Shebertes pitched two scoreless innings to close out the game. After being held scoreless for the first three innings, the Sox were finally able to string some hits together and score some runs. Kurt Beulke and Will Baker collected three hits each, while Cam Owens adn Joe Shebertes each hit their first career YBL home runs. On the mound for Waltham, Adam Chochrek would battle through five innnings before giving way to George Ziegler. Offensively Isaiah Berg and George Ziegler had two hits each.
