Jeff Bercume's speed lead to 2 early Chiefs runs and a 2-0 lead which they held until the bottom of the fourth. In the fourth the Bulldogs took advantage of three Chiefs errors and a clutch two run single from Matt Zajac to tie the game. Bulldog lefty Boyle only allowed 1 hit over the final 7 innings going the distance in the tie. Andre starter Tim Dunphy was effective while also fielding 8 balls off the hill.
