Tigers and Grays renewed aquiantances on a humid Saturday afternoon. Grays jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead in the 1st, highlighted w/ a Gulinello rbi triple. Billy Riggieri was sharp early on for the Grays cruising through the first 4 before the Tigers finally got to him. In the 6th, Jon Mayes' (2-4, 2 RBI) bases loaded single scored 2 runs to tie the game at 3-3. The Grays struck right back in the top half of the 7th on a Greg LeBlanc HR to left. The Tigers however would rally once more. Dan Field (4-4, 2 R's) would triple and score on a John Silk (2-4, RBI) double. JWest's grounder and a throwing error would allow T. Walsh to score and the Tigers to walk off with the improbable 5-4 W. Mayes, Knell, Field and Silk all had multiple hits for the Tigers. Both starters, Riggieri (6.1, 7 K's) for the Grays & Griffiths (6, 3 H, 7 K's) for the Tigers, threw well.
