This game was nothing more than a pitchers duel with both starters going 7 innings. Mike Sciarappa for the Cyclones allowed 4 hits while striking out 9 and walking only 2, before turning the ball over to Sam Kennedy-Smith for the 8th. Kennedy-Smith allowed 1 hit, walked 1 and struckout 1 to keep the Braves off the board. Braves starter Kyle Darrow allowed only 2 hits while striking out 6 and walking 5 before he turned the ball over to Eric Lochiatto who worked out of an 8th inning jam. This was a great defensive and well pitched game on both sides.
