The Rockies starting pitchers remain undefeated as Tom Levett moves to 2-0. Another sparkling performance for the 6'6" right-hander against an excellent hitting Brewers club, as Levett goes five-strong allowing only three hits, while striking out three. The Rockies bull pen also continues their steady performances as rookie southpaws, Tim Vogel and Rich Dumas close out the final two innings. The Rockies defense was perfect on the night. Offensively, Mike Close continues with his heavy bat launching his second homer of the season on a line-drive shot to right field. Steve Corda added two more hits and Chad Conner hit his first long-ball of the season with a monster shot to left-center to add some insurance.
