With a playoff spot on the line for West Roxbury. Somerville and Westie battled at Billings field Friday night. Steve Szathmary facing his old club out dueled Polasky of Westie for a 3-2 victory. Rockwell drove in 2 with a double in the 3rd to give Westie the lead.Tom McDonough(2-3 and 2RBI's) had a 2 run single to center in the 5th inning driving in the go ahead run. McDonough also hit a blast to left center in the 7th to get a double and a half as a sniper from the grassy knoll in left took him down. Great Game!
